Question: how long do you believe it will take to find a cure for all cancers?

@Kait – That is a question i definitely can’t answer. However, I definitely hope that we can find a cure for the most severe forms of the disease within 20 years. Our research is becoming better and better so it is hard to predict when we will have a breakthrough.

Hi @Kait, @The Enckean, @JoeL13, @ilovescience123, @hannah. This is a very complicated question to answer. Most research in the area is focus on those types of cancer which are very aggresive. Hopefully we can find the cure for these in the near future.

@kait- i am hoping that they find a cure soon-any progress that is made is one step closer to the cure…all research no matter how big or small on cancer research can help…

Hi @MadMagicanMILES. It really has to be a very interesting degree. I actually have a close friend who is an aeronautical engineer and now works for Airbus. You need to have a good knowledge of physics, maths, chemistry and technical drawing

I think that it may be soon although more problems are coming up and so more cures are needed, I guess that there is know way of telling!:(
