      When we feel we have discovered something new we publish it in a journal or magazine…before it gets published other scientists have to review the work and if they agree with it-it will be published

      Yes, other scientist within and outside the industry believe that the type of work I am doing is fundamental in developing the capabilities of a lot of important instruments

      Yes, this is part of the process of publishing your results in scientific journals. Other scientists within your field, read your articles and decide whether it is acceptable for publications or not.
