I suppose I started being a “scientist” when I starting studying chemistry at university, so it would be just over 6 years now

I’ve been told that when I was 3-4 yo I used to play with foam while taking baths and asked my parents to leave until the next day to see if anything had changed! So I believe that’s when I became a “scientist”!

I would argue that everyone has been a scientist from the day you were born!
Making observations, noticing patterns, recording data, fixing things, solving problems(not just maths, think social ones as well)…….all science to me!

The Germans have a good word for science meaning anything that involves the systematic study of a subject-not just people in lab coats-also have social scientists!
