      Hi. I would definitely recommend Spain! But rather than typical spanish destinations like Majorca, I would recomment the mainland and specially the south of Spain. Try Cadiz region!

      I recently went to Italy and it was amazing!! I was on a funded research visit so loved it even more- Great food and weather!

      Corsica!

      Epic ferry journey(from France or Italy), sunshine, French food, beaches, mountains to climb, wildlife, gift shops.

      (went there for a summer school once……)
